The Discoverii near infrared (IR) camera systems leverage the power of directed covert (laser) energy to see incredible details during the day or in absolute darkness at night. Discoverii has powerful long-range optics. This enables rapid threat detection for a quick security response to human, vehicle, or vessel threats using evidentiary quality details. A near-infrared (IR) laser illuminator uses a covert, continuous-wave, adjustable laser to produce natural-contrast video which can read text, identify people, recognize behavior, and observe critical scene details at more than 4,000 meters away at night, and at more than 15,000 meters during the day. Discoverii units can also be outfitted with an additional LWIR thermal video channel that provides wide area situational awareness and additional visibility during light-moderate fog conditions. Discoverii is the ideal camera system for 24/7 threat assessment and identification.

Discoverii is available in short, medium, and long range configurations all providing daytime color video, nighttime grey scale video, and continuous zoom optics. Discoverii models include a near-infrared (IR) laser illuminator, day/night long-range optics, a pan-tilt platform, a ruggedized electronics unit, and control software.
